Anyone thinking of getting frameless shower screen. Think again!
For us, after my first shower, the gap between the frame and the door is so wide, specially bottom section, the water just runs out. When I came out of the shower, there was more water in the bathroom floor than in the shower!
Now I have to make a visit to Clark Rubber to find a solution to place a rubber fitting along the bottom of the glass door to stop the water running down and out to the bathroom floor
Or, did Masterton supply me a shower door that does not fit properly??
We have the same style shower. We have a clear plastic strip on the bottom. Which they may have missed installing. But nothing on the sides. We don't have metal strips meeting our door, it is just glass and glass sides. The door pivot sits a couple of centimetres inside the frame and overlaps the other glass panel. Where the door closes it is completely butting against the other side giving a solid seal. We haven't had any problems with water coming out either shower, but our shower heads are not facing the door. They are facing one of the fixed sides of the shower. So that might be adding to the water leaking problem you are faced with.
