Front slab & painting
Looks like on Monday the painters have finished their work.
The front slab concrete was also poured in on Monday
Now that the front slab is one, tiles should be next for them, once fully dried.
Front door undercoat done.
Few pictures of the internal paint and door handles.
Bathroom accessories installed.
Clothes. Whos? Why? LOL!

Front door slab
By lunch time, the front door slab formwork was now in place. I hope the concrete would be poured in today or Monday.
The back laudry steps landing also has its formwork in place.
The garage door also installed. Will have closed picture later, as workers were going in and out.
The bedroom sliding door rails installed.
Painting is still in progress. Possible paint end date is end of next week.

Scaffolding down
Finally the scaffolding is down and you can see the house now.
It was late evening (7pm) when I dropped by to see they have finished the balcony railing as well. Too dark to take any photos.
Peeking in the window with a torch, the bath is no longer sitting in the formal lounge room. I hope they placed it in place.
The internal garage door also had a wet paint.
I might give a visit during my lunch tomorrow and see where things are up to inside.
As far as the sign is concerned, they can shove it up their ass!

Paint undrcoat nearly done
Today the painters could have finished all paint undercoat, and they have as far as they could. But since the tilers did not finish, that means they will have to come back later to finish off the undercoat, extending the delay for another week by the time the paint is done. That is if the tilers are back sometime this week.
Another mess-up by Masterton? our Site Supervisor? or the sub-contractors; once they do some work, get paid by Masterton, then they move on to the next job, only to come back when they have extra time?
I only know this because at lunch time I drove by, and they painters were sitting having a break and when I asked about undercoat being finished today, they told me wet area tiles are still not finished. They did not look happy about it as they could have finished all the undercoat for sure.
I mean, they could just over paint, under where the tiles would go?
Well, at least I can say they are doing a good job and very delicate in their work, to what I can see.

Finally some work
Visiting the site during my lunch break, the painters were in doing the undercoat of the ceilings.
Still no work from the tilers, and the painters were a bit annoyed as they cannot finish off, if tiling is not complete in all the wet areas and they will be forced to come back.
