We had our final Certifier Inspection completed yesterday and it all looks good. We should receive our Occupational Certificate by Thursday or Friday and Home-Sweet-Home! Finally !!
Landscaping finish off has been delayed till end of July, as they are fully booked out. This is not a problem and will not stop us living there.
Yesterday we also had Masterton sub-contractor come in and patch the garage wall of all the holes made by the electrician placing a new power point for the vacuum cleaner unit. They will be back to send and paint.
It will be another busy weekend unpacking our staff!
